Our Story

A curious reality of the tech industry is that many people seeking to develop a career in tech discover and develop their niche serendipitously. Perhaps they apply to a wide variety of roles online, are referred to a position by a friend, or are found by a talented recruiter.

 

There are few readily available resources through which someone can understand the kaleidoscope  of teams and functions which comprise the industry. Without access to this knowledge, prospective tech employees are confined to the most overtly explicable jobs - or to rolling the dice.
